Partnerships

Local Training Journal considers collaborations that are relevant to community learning and clearly useful to readers. Partnership discussions do not buy editorial approval or unlabelled promotion.

Possible collaborations

We consider clearly scoped projects such as a relevant reader resource, a discussion of learning formats or a partner placement connected to the publication's subject. Proposals should explain the intended audience, format, support involved and any requested links or visibility.

Partner placements

Standing partner placements may be considered when they fit the publication and can be described plainly. Their placement and relationship are labelled so readers can recognise partner content; inclusion is not an endorsement of every claim or service.

Editorial separation

Partner material is kept distinct from independent editorial coverage. We retain the right to decline proposals that are irrelevant, unclear, misleading or incompatible with that distinction. Start the conversation through the Contact page.

Our point of view

Learning grows through doing, noticing and sharing.

A useful session is more than a set of instructions. We look at the choices that help people take part, practise and carry a new skill into ordinary life.
